Second, community-reported experience is rendered only where the compound record carries a verified block of it, is labelled as anecdotal and not clinical evidence, and never carries a quantity or a schedule. Two of the four compounds here have no such block, so their pages have no anecdotal section, and none has been invented to balance the layout.

Third, an absence is reported as an absence. Where a trial did not measure something, the entry says the trial did not measure it, rather than substituting a plausible number from elsewhere or leaving a silence a reader might mistake for a result.

## About the name, and what this site is not

The domain name borrows a phrase from contract manufacturing. It describes nothing about this site's activity. There is no laboratory, no compounding, no inventory and no supply chain behind it.

Stated concretely: this review names no vendor, quotes no price, compares no source, links to no shop and offers no sourcing guidance. It publishes no protocol, no schedule and no quantity for any person to follow. Where a dose appears on these pages it is a factual description of what a cited study administered under clinical supervision — a property of the study, not a recommendation to anyone.

It is also not a clinic. It carries no clinician, gives no medical advice, cannot assess an individual case and has no view on whether any compound is appropriate for any reader. ## Where the reporting stops

Three lines are held on every page.

A result obtained in mice is reported as a result obtained in mice [20]. Mechanistic plausibility is not treated as evidence, however tidy the story it would make.

No conclusion the instruments can support less than fully. A scale reading is not a fat measurement. An impedance estimate is not densitometry. A biomarker association is not a treatment effect [18]. Where the available instrument cannot decide a question, this review says so and leaves it undecided, which is less satisfying than a verdict and considerably more useful.
